Terms of Service

By installing or using Collabs ("the App"), you ("you", "merchant") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. The service

Collabs is a Shopify app that helps merchants manage influencer gifting campaigns, including product selection, draft order creation, shipment tracking, and content collection.

2. Account and access

• You must have an active Shopify store and a Shopify Partner-approved account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You authorize the App to access the Shopify scopes granted at install: read_products, read_orders, write_orders, read_draft_orders, write_draft_orders, read_discounts, write_discounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's policies.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other merchants' data.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content (including content provided by influencers).

4. Influencer content

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable disclosure laws (e.g., FTC endorsement guidelines) when working with influencers. Content submitted by influencers through the App is provided to you under the terms you negotiate with them; the App is merely the conduit.

5. Fees

REPLACE_WITH_PRICING_TERMS — describe your billing model here (free, monthly, usage-based) or state that the app is currently free.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On uninstall, we deactivate your shop and revoke the access token immediately; full data deletion happens upon Shopify's shop/redact webhook (48 hours after uninstall).

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
